On Page: 183             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Liberty County Jail Improvements (Senate 
Spec App: 1223A          Form 1454). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         the fixed capital outlay category within the Florida 
                         Department of Corrections.
