On Page: 180             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for AMIkids Family Centric Program (Senate 
Spec App: 1196           Form 2114). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         the fixed capital outlay category within the 
                         Department of Corrections.
