       The Committee on Rules (Stargel) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (715312) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 4 and 5
    5  insert:
    6         Section 1. Paragraph (e) of subsection (12) of section
    7  390.0111, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         390.0111 Termination of pregnancies.—
    9         (12) INFANTS BORN ALIVE.—
   10         (e) A person who violates this subsection commits a felony
   11  of the third misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as
   12  provided in s. 775.082, or s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. This
   13  subsection shall not be construed as a specific provision of law
   14  relating to a particular subject matter that would preclude
   15  prosecution of a more general offense, regardless of the
   16  penalty.
