       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (952358) (with directory
    2  amendment)

    5  insert:
    6         (113) BEST BUDDIES LICENSE PLATES.—
    7         (a) The department shall develop a Best Buddies license
    8  plate as provided in this section and s. 320.08053. The plate
    9  must bear the colors and design approved by the department. The
   10  word “Florida” must appear at the top of the plate, and the
   11  words “BestBuddies.org” must appear at the bottom of the plate.
   12         (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall be
   13  distributed to Best Buddies International, Inc., a nonprofit
   14  corporation under s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code,
   15  which may use up to 10 percent of the fees for administrative
   16  costs and marketing of the plate. The balance of the fees shall
   17  be used by Best Buddies International, Inc., to create
   18  opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment,
   19  leadership development, and inclusive living for individuals
   20  with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
