       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Albritton) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1080 - 1085
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) For architects, the board shall require, by rule
    6  adopted pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54, 2 a specified
    7  number of hours in specialized or advanced courses, approved by
    8  the Florida Building Commission, on any portion of the Florida
    9  Building Code, adopted pursuant to part IV of chapter 553,
   10  relating to the licensee’s respective area of practice. Such
   11  hours count towards the continuing education hours required
   12  under subsection (3). A licensee may complete the courses
   13  required under this subsection online.
