       Senator Lee moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (271678) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1181 - 1183
    4  and insert:
    5  also include a statement that the revenues collected must be
    6  shared with eligible charter schools based on a charter school’s
    7  proportionate share of the school district’s total unweighted
    8  full-time equivalent student enrollment. The statements must
    9  statement
