First-episode Psychosis Programs; Defining the term “first-episode psychosis program”; revising the application criteria for the Criminal Justice, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse Reinvestment Grant Program to include support for first-episode psychosis programs; requiring the Department of Children and Families to include specified information regarding first-episode psychosis programs in its annual assessment of behavioral health services, etc.
