       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Diaz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 394 - 396
    4  and insert:
    5  department rules, as applicable. A refusal to permit an
    6  authorized officer or employee of the department to enter the
    7  premises or to conduct an inspection is a violation of s.
    8  499.005(6) and is grounds for disciplinary action pursuant to s.
    9  499.066.
