    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (107453)

    3         Delete line 632
    4  and insert:
    5  elector’s legal guardian. In addition, an elector with a
    6  physical or mental disability or an elector who is substantially
    7  limited in his or her mobility may designate his or her
    8  caregiver or medical attendant to request and pick up the
    9  elector’s vote-by-mail ballot. Notwithstanding subparagraph
   10  (4)(c)4. and s. 104.0616, any such ballot retrieved by a
   11  caregiver or medical attendant does not count toward the
