S1528 GENERAL BILL by Storms
Community Redevelopment Agencies/Dissolution [RPCC]; Provides for the
dissolution of community redevelopment agencies within 15 years after
creation, except that such agencies that were created before July 1,
2008, and that have been in existence longer than 15 years must be
dissolved by July 1, 2009, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2008.
