Anti-Murder Act/Violent Offenders; cites act as "Anti-Murder Act";
prohibits bail or other pretrial release for specified violent felony
offenders of special concern without hearing; provides that certain
alleged violations of probation or community control by violent felony
offenders of special concern require hearings & require alleged
offenders to remain in custody pending hearing, etc. Creates 903.0351;
amends 948.06, 921.0024; reenacts 948.012(2)(b), 948.10(9), 958.14.
