Senate 0042: Relating to Relief/Darling and Smith/State of Florida ------------------------------------------------------------------

S42      CLAIMS/GENERAL BILL by Joyner
Relief/Darling and Smith/State of Florida; Compensates Dennis Darling,
Sr. and Wendy Smith for the loss of their son, Devaughn Darling, whose
death occurred while he was engaged in football preseason training on
the Florida State University campus. Provides a limitation on the
payment of fees and costs, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,800,000.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
