Student Assessment/FCAT; requires DOE to conduct concordance studies to
determine FCAT equivalencies for high school graduation; deletes
limitation on use of alternative assessments for grade 10 FCAT; requires
DOE to conduct concordance study to identify alternative examinations
for grade 10 FCAT for students with limited English proficiency. Amends
1008.22. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2006.
