S70      CLAIMS/LOCAL BILL by Wilson
  Relief/Acosta/Miami-Dade County; Compensates Monica Cantillo Acosta and
  Luis Alberto Cantillo Acosta, surviving children of Nhora Acosta for the
  wrongful death of their mother due to injuries sustained as a result of
  the negligence of a Miami-Dade County bus driver. Provides a limitation
  on the payment of fees and costs, etc.  CLAIM: $6,000,000.  EFFECTIVE
  DATE: Upon becoming law.
