Student Safety/Violence Prevention; creates "Student Safety & Campus
Violence Prevention Act"; prohibits harassment, discrimination, &
violence during education programs & activities conducted by certain
educational institutions; requires each school district to adopt policy
prohibiting harassment, discrimination, & violence on school property,
at a school program or activity, or on school bus; authorizes redress
under civil or criminal law; provides immunity & severability, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
