House 0091: Relating to Residence of Sexual Offenders ------------------------------------------------------------------

Residence of Sexual Offenders; revises provisions re residence of
specified sex offenders; provides applicability to county & municipal
ordinances; provides that amendments in this act to provisions
restricting residence of sexual offenders & sexual predators shall not
require relocation of such offender who had established, prior to
effective date of this act, residence not in compliance with amendments
to such restrictions, etc. Amends 794.065, 947.1405, 948.30. EFFECTIVE
DATE: 10/01/2006.
