  of Florida Not For Profit Corporation Act; authorizes forms of
  electronic transmission of notice for domestic or foreign corporations;
  provides for corporation member to revoke consent to receiving notice by
  electronic transmission; revises provisions re insurance required for
  condominium property; revises provisions re official records of
  cooperative association, etc. Amends FS.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 05/21/2003.
