Senate 1588: Relating to Drug Abuse Prevention & Control ------------------------------------------------------------------

Drug Abuse Prevention & Control; prohibits sale, manufacture, or
delivery of controlled substances, or possession of such substances with
intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver, within 1,000 feet of certain
educational institutions, described housing facilities, & any state,
county, or municipal park or publicly owned recreational facility or
community center, etc. Amends 893.13, 921.0022. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2003.
