revises authority of consumer advocate within OIR of DFS; requires that
said advocate have access to certain hurricane loss-projection models;
requires office to address recommendations submitted by said advocate re
rate filings; authorizes said advocate to subpoena witnesses & records;
requires said advocate to seek review of certain agency action under
Administrative Procedure Act, etc. Amends 627.0613. EFFECTIVE DATE:
Upon becoming law.
