House 0963: Relating to Swimming Pool and Spa Safety

H963     GENERAL BILL by Bucher  (Similar CS/CS/S 1580)
  Swimming Pool and Spa Safety; Requires public swimming pools & spas to
  have specified drain safety features; provides that person or entity in
  violation of requirement commits misdemeanor of second degree; provides
  criminal penalties; provides penalty suspension if certain conditions
  are met; requires all residential pools & spas to be equipped with
  certain drain safety features, etc.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2009.
