Shipping Information—Most orders will be shipped by UPS or by mail within 2 working days. Some publications may have delayed delivery due to printing schedules. See individual product descriptions for more information. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Please include a street address to assure correct delivery.

Contact the Legistore—For questions about products or shipping arrangements, to report damaged or defective products, request refunds, or to cancel an order before shipping, contact the Legistore by email at legistore@leg.state.fl.us or fax (850) 488-4188. Please provide a telephone number where we can reach you plus the Legistore transaction number supplied when the order was placed. Cancellations must be requested before 3 p.m. on the next business day (excluding state holidays.)
