| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 10 | Section 1. Section 15.0526, Florida Statutes, is created |
| 11 | to read: |
| 12 | 15.0526 Official state horse.-- |
| 13 | (1) The Florida Cracker Horse (Marshtackie) is designated |
| 14 | as the official Florida state horse. |
| 15 | (2) This section is repealed July 1, 2018, unless reviewed |
| 16 | and reenacted by the Legislature before that date. |
| 17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2008. |
