Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1.  Section 15.0526, Florida Statutes, is created to

11

read:

     15.0526 Official state horse.--

13

     (1) The Florida Cracker Horse (Marshtackie) is designated

14

as the official Florida state horse.

15

     (2) This section is repealed July 1, 2018, unless reviewed

16

and reenacted by the Legislature before that date.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
