Assistance of and access to state agencies.

(1)

The committee and the Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council may access or request information and request the assistance of state agencies and officers. When assistance is requested, a state agency or officer shall assist the committee and the Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council.

(2)

In carrying out its functions under ss. 11.901-11.920, the committee or its designated staff member may inspect the records, documents, and files of any state agency.
