Transfer to other treatment services.
Transfer to other treatment services.
985.195 Transfer to other treatment services.—Any child committed to the department may be transferred to retardation, mental health, or substance abuse treatment facilities for diagnosis and evaluation pursuant to chapter 393, chapter 394, or chapter 397, whichever is applicable, for a period not to exceed 90 days.
