House 1049: Relating to Florida Retirement System

H1049    GENERAL BILL by Bembry  (Identical S 1188)
  Florida Retirement System; Provides that election to participate in
  Senior Management Service Class by elected county officers does not
  affect statutory limit on number of nonelective full-time positions that
  may be designated for inclusion in class by school district; deletes
  obsolete provisions; authorizes designation of a certain number of
  nonelective full-time positions for certain school districts for
  inclusion in Senior Management Service Class, etc.  EFFECTIVE DATE:
  07/01/2009.
