Senate 2256: Relating to State University Student Health Insurance [SPSC]

  State University Student Health Insurance [SPSC]; Provides requirements
  for state universities that have health centers. Authorizes a state
  university to require student proof of health insurance coverage if
  certain conditions are met or to require the purchase of
  university-sponsored or other insurance in certain circumstances.
  Provides that a student is responsible for resolving outstanding
  balances owed to a university health center, etc.  EFFECTIVE DATE:
  07/01/2009.
