  Disability Retirement Benefits [WPSC]; Provides that certain members of
  the Special Risk Class who retired under the disability retirement
  provisions of the FRS may be reemployed and continue to receive their
  disability retirement benefits. Provides a declaration of important
  state interest.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
