Senate 1886: Relating to Local Government ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1886    GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs  (Compare S 1940)
Local Government; revises various provisions of Local Government
Comprehensive Planning Certification Program; specifies duties of state
land planning agency rather than DCA in order to conform to other
provisions governing planning & development; revises requirements for
local government to obtain certification under program; requires that
local government develop map, certain plans, & disaster strategies, etc.
Amends FS. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2005.
