  Surgical First Assistants; provides requirements for performance of
  supervising physicians; provides duties & scope & location of practice
  for certified surgical first assistants; provides contracting &
  employment guidelines for physicians, hospitals, clinics, or ambulatory
  surgical centers employing said assistants; provides for licensure
  renewal & continuing education requirements; provides scope of said
  assistant's license, etc. Creates 458.3465; amends 627.419.  EFFECTIVE
  DATE: 07/01/2006.
