Senate 1490: Relating to Imitation Firearms ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1490    GENERAL BILL by Wilson  (Compare S 2738)
Imitation Firearms; defines term "imitation firearm"; prohibits sale of
said firearm; provides exceptions; provides penalties for person who
sells imitation firearm; provides penalties for person who displays,
uses, threatens, or attempts to use any imitation firearm while
committing or attempting to commit felony. Amends 790.07. EFFECTIVE
DATE: 10/01/2006.
