Community Redevelopment Act of 1969; provides for encouragement of
private enterprise by community redevelopment agency; transfers certain
responsibilities concerning formation of program to minimize slums or
blight from county or municipality to said agency; authorizes creation
of one or more redevelopment agencies by county or municipality; removes
eminent domain from list of powers available to said agency, etc. Amends
Ch. 163. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2006.
