connected to use of Internet; provides for reclassification of certain
offenses involving child pornography; revises prohibitions on use of
certain computer services to facilitate certain sexual conduct to
include electronic storage devices, additional persons, & additional
conduct, etc. Amends FS. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2007.
