Senate 2082: Relating to Environmental Permitting [RPCC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2082    GENERAL BILL/CS by General Government Appropriations; Bennett  (Similar
CS/CS/1ST ENG/H 0957, Compare CS/CS/CS/2ND ENG/S 2054)
Environmental Permitting [RPCC]; authorizes certain dry slip storage to
be constructed under specified conditions; revises provisions requiring
DEP to develop & consolidate federal & state wetland permitting
programs; authorizes implementation of state programmatic general permit
or regional general permits by DEP & WMDs for certain dredge & fill
activities; requires DEP & WMDs to provide applicants with written
notice of permit denial, etc. Amends Chs. 373, 161, 403. EFFECTIVE
DATE: Upon becoming law.
