Florida Climate Action Partnership for purpose of developing plan &
making policy recommendations addressing global warming; provides for
membership; provides for meetings & reimbursement for per diem & travel
expenses; directs that partnership be staffed by Executive Office of
Governor; requires interim recommendations & report; provides for
expiration of partnership. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
