  Mobile Home Relocation Corporation [EPCC]; provides notice requirements
  for certain mobile home lot tenants regarding entitlement to
  compensation from Fla. Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund; provides for
  late fees if mobile home park owner does not make payments to Fla.
  Mobile Home Relocation Corporation within required time period;
  authorizes corporation to file & maintain certain actions to collect
  payments in Leon County, etc. Amends 723.061,.06116,.0612.  EFFECTIVE
  DATE: 05/22/2007.
