House 0371: Relating to Deadly Force ------------------------------------------------------------------

H371     GENERAL BILL by Bendross-Mindingall  (Similar S 0878)
Deadly Force; requires overt act to support belief that use of deadly
force for specified purposes is necessary; defines term "unlawful
activity" for specified purposes; provides that immunity from civil &
criminal liability for certain uses of deadly force does not apply to
injuries to children & bystanders who are not affiliated with overt act.
Amends 776.013,.032. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2007.
