provision which provides general exemption from inspection or copying of
public records for social security numbers & bank account, debit,
charge, & credit card numbers; consolidates & revises current public
records exemptions applicable to court files, court records, & official
records; revises date in which automatic redaction of social security
numbers & financial account numbers by court clerks is required, etc.
