S138 GENERAL BILL by Wilson Imitation Firearms [EPCC]; Prohibits the sale of imitation firearms except for certain purposes. Provides that a person who sales, or offers for sale, an imitation firearm in this state commits a first degree misdemeanor and that any subsequent violation is a third degree felony.
