Dissolution of Marriage [LPCC]; Provides for interim partial
distributions during dissolution actions. Provides for effect on final
distributions. Conforms provisions to the abolition of special equity.
Provides a presumption concerning certain personal property acquired
during the marriage. Specifies the burden of proof necessary to overcome
the gift presumption. Abolishes special equity. Provides for claims
formerly identified as special equity, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2008.
