amount of certain disability pension; provides that surviving spouses &

of eligible firefighters; approves ordinances enacted by City of Orlando
concerning firefighter pension plan; provides that act is contingent on
collective bargaining agreement, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 06/10/2008 except
as otherwise provided.
