S2400 GENERAL BILL by Webster; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker (Compare CS/H 0257) Abortion [SPCC]; Requires that an ultrasound be performed on any woman obtaining an abortion and that the woman be allowed to view the live ultrasound images. Provides that live ultrasound images must be reviewed and explained to the woman prior to her giving informed consent to having an abortion procedure performed.
