Senate 2426: Relating to Space and Aerospace Catalyst and Enhancement Act [EPCC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2426    GENERAL BILL/CS/CS by Finance and Tax; Commerce; Posey  (Linked

Space and Aerospace Catalyst and Enhancement Act [EPCC]; Creates the
Space and Aerospace Catalyst and Enhancement Program in the Office of
Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development. Provides for moneys from the
funds to be distributed to upgrade space-related infrastructure or to
enter into partnerships with applicable businesses on space-related
projects. Designates Space Mile Marker One at the Space Florida
headquarters, etc. APPROPRIATION: $15,000,000. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2008.
