House 0447: Relating to Culpable Negligence ------------------------------------------------------------------

H447     GENERAL BILL by Roberson  (Identical S 1664)
Culpable Negligence; Designates act "Officer Jose Somohano Assault
Weapons Act"; prohibits storing or leaving assault weapon within reach
or easy access of another person if such other person obtains weapon &
uses it to inflict injury or death; defines "assault weapon." EFFECTIVE
DATE: 10/01/2008.
