Senate 2210: Relating to Charter County Transit System Surtax [CPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2210    GENERAL BILL/CS/1ST ENG by Transportation; Wilson  (Similar
CS/CS/H 1205, Compare H 0321, S 2058)
Charter County Transit System Surtax [CPSC]; Changes the name of the
surtax. Expands eligible counties authorized to levy the surtax.
Requires interlocal agreements in certain counties to be updated no less
than every 5 years to include certain municipalities. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2009.
