  Florida College System [SPSC]; Renames the Division of Community
  Colleges as the Division of Florida Colleges. Defines the terms "Florida
  college" and "community college." Specifies the counties served by each
  Florida college. Provides that Florida colleges may offer specified
  baccalaureate degree programs through agreements with regionally
  accredited postsecondary educational institutions, etc.  EFFECTIVE DATE:
  07/01/2009.
