  Sexual Activities Involving Animals [SPSC]; Provides definitions.
  Prohibits knowing sexual conduct or sexual contact with an animal.
  Prohibits specified related activities. Provides penalties. Provides
  that the act does not apply to certain husbandry, conformation judging,
  and veterinary practices.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2009.
