Subsequent analysis of coloring matter; inspection of packinghouses for application.

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services may, by rule, provide for subsequent analysis of coloring matter, for inspection of packinghouses or other places where coloring matter is applied to citrus fruit, and for grounds for revocation of a license to use coloring matter on fruit.
