14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 1, lines 20 - 25, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  emergency. The term "agricultural emergency"

18  means an animal or plant disease, insect infestation, or plant

19  or pest endangering or threatening the horticultural,

20  aquacultural, and agricultural interests in this state.
