  2         An act relating to postsecondary education;

  3         expressing an intention to revise laws

  4         governing the authority of educational

  5         institutions to confer baccalaureate degrees.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws that

10  govern the authority of public postsecondary educational

11  institutions to confer baccalaureate degrees.
